No place that I can find allows me to do that unless I pay to suggest the change. Uninstalling the program causes network administrators a lot of extra work re-installing the software. Not to mention that most of the systems are in remote locations. I decided to throw this out there hoping someone from Microsoft would see this and reconsider uninstalling software that THEY think would work on Windows 10 and just flag it for users to decide.
